Comprehensive project management for Central Hortofrutícola

The activity that the company SOL DEL JERTE is going to develop in the newly constructed two-storey building is the Central Hortofrutícola for the reception, cleaning and classification of cherries for their wholesale marketing.

The building construction project, broadly speaking, can be summarized in the following milestones:

- Adaptation of the existing land with a strong slope to the south, creating foundations and earth retaining walls to achieve a platform that serves as a semi-basement, taking advantage of the existing unevenness.

- Calculation of Foundations and Structures, Low Voltage, Lighting, Refrigerators and calculation of the Fire Protection installation.

- Legalization and start-up of all the facilities before the General Directorate of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Junta de Extremadura.

- Obtaining all pertinent permits and opening license before the Hon. Tornavacas City Council and health authorities.
